My Galaxy Note 4 frequently says the SIM card is missing which requires I restart the phone, The SIM card is not missing and has not ever been removed. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a solution?

Try turning the phone off, checking to make sure the SIM card is properly fitting into the slot.
