I want to buy a Samsung phone but I have listen that Samsung pones hang. Is this true?

No, probably not! Unless and until it is being tortured by Apps like installing too many 3D games and chatting on all social networking Apps. I do agree that, Samsung phones hangs but not always.

Samsung is a top selling brand and have sold millions of phones. You can be rest assured of a quality phone.
If it does hang, it will happen to all brands and depends on how the owner treats the phone.

Touchwiz is still laggy. if you want to purchase Note 2 which is 4 Gen old then yes it will lag too.

As Bernice already mentioned, the Note 2 is not a new phone by any means, I would not really recommend buying one nowadays.
You can't really say that Samsung phones start to lagg in general, they really don't. Is it possible they will start to lagg? Yeah, definitely, but you can't be sure before actually buying the phone. If it was that easy, Samsung would not sell any phones anymore.

Every phone which is manufactured gets hang when the time's come. This time depends on the users usage, the way he handles apps, also some security measures. Believe it! NOTHING IS PERFECT!
