Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus — samsung galaxy J5 recovery mood is not working

I want to reset my samsung galaxy J5 phone. but i can not go to recovery mood by pressing +, - power .. phone is restarting automatically. can you anyone help me?

Do this exactly as said

First, turn off the phone by using the Power key.
Now press and hold together: Volume Up + Home + Power button, until you see Samsung logo
