International Dialing App

I am having a problem trying to use the International App to make long distance phone calls on my Tracefone. It is an Alcatel POP running 3G on a Verizon network. I have a friend which can use the app on his 4G which is on the AT&T network. Has anyone had any luck running this app on the Verizon network with a 3G phone?

What app is that?

Anyway, you can use Viber or WhatsApp to make free international calls.

have you tried ringo?
I have used it for cheaper international calls, 0.2 cent for US, europe
They use call back function so call quality will be great.
