I have a Honeywell alarm system with remote capabilities through an Android Total Connect 2.0 app. I can lock the front door of my house using the app, but i can't unlock it even though I can through the alarm panel or my home computer. Neither the lock manufacturer nor my alarm company can explain it or fix the problem. Any suggestions?
