How to start video recording activity over the another activity?

I know how to do video recording but i want to do video recording activity is running over the another activity like chatting is happening with video recording both on same screen .
please anyone suggest me how to do this?

As far as i am concern N Preview has this feacture that is not released yet. So wait until it release. Check the doc as well
