Effective way to promote android game

Hi everyone. I am a boy of 15. I love to develop android apps and games. My first game "Extreme Balancer" in now on Google Play. I have uploaded it on 23rd March and i am very depressed that my game is having very less downloads :-(. As i am of 15 so i can't promote my game by advertising. Is there any good and effective way to promote my app or game?

There is a lot of great mobile game magazines out there that you contact and potentially get your game promoted or reviewed. One of the best indie game magazines is checkandplay.com that can helps you promote your indie game.
