Status on new application has been "Pending Publication" for over 3 days.

Exactly as the title says. I am aware Google implemented an actual review system, but I have only read accounts of this taking 24 hours maximum. Did something go wrong?

if something goes wrong google will acknowledge you. Normally it takes 3 to 4 hour's for to move in production. Is it uploaded in beta or not??
