Authentication based on Vendor Name

We have an android phone (A), broadcasting a Hotspot
We have an iPhone (B), wanting to connect to the Hotspot of A

  1. Authenticate Hotspot access of B to connect to A, based on Make of the Phone (which can be achieved by Mac Address). Example, I'd like only iPhone users to access hotspot internet released from my Android Phone. A Motorola phone won't be able to.

  2. Once B is Authenticated, ask the user to enter their name and gender in a browser popup window, before allowed to use the Wifi from the hotspot of A

  3. Allow 30 minutes of Free Internet access to be used by B.

Detect Distance Between Hotspot Broadcasting Device and Connected Device

  1. Once B is connected to A, as B physically gets closer to A, A should be able to figure out the distance between itself and its connected device.
