Step 1
Download GT Recovery for Windows from the official website:

Unpack and Install GT Recovery. Open it , the home view will be shown and you can select what you want to recover:

If you want to have a quick recovery, click ‘Quick Recovery’, then select a location to recovery files. If you want to restore formatted files, you can check “Format Recovery”. Click ‘Start’ to start the scanning process.
Step 4
During scanning, the files that can be restored will be shown in the list, you can stop the process any time you want.
Step 5
After scanning, you can choose the files you need, then click the button “Recover” to save the chosen files. Also you can save scanning results by click “Save Results”:
Tips:
1.The steps are similar for Advanced Recovery.
