Samsung Galaxy Note 4 — Note 4 Zerolemon Extended Battery Chaotic

Zerolemon states to charge the battery for 12 hours on initial use and 5 times as part of a charge/discharge cycle to calibrate the battery meter on the phone. The problem is the first time I charged it, it took 6 hours to show fully charged and still left it plugged in for 11 hours. The second time from 2% I charged it for 14 hours and I only got to 75%.
Should I charge it longer or use another adapter? Maybe a Restart or a Battery Pull?
Any helpful response is appreciated.

If I were you I would gave the ZeroLemon back. Mophie is a better choice IMHO. Or if you need extra memory you can get the modular I-blades, which will give you extra 64 GB at the same price.
