Can't get pictures on whats app!!

Hi everyone,

Hoping you can help, I've tried resetting phone and re installing whats app but it still won't allow me to download media. It says 'Failed to download media file. Please try again later'

Any Suggestions??

Your phone might have connectivity problem or Your phone's date and time are set incorrectly.It can also happen if there is not enough space on the SD card.
Install latest version of whatsapp

Ask that person to send that media again, this may help you.

i´m new on this site, and i am not sure if its the right place to ask?
but i have problems with the app(GM01) when i install it writes device failure, what cak i do

you might need to check about the RAM of your phone and also the internet connection. Another possibility is the file is damaged between transferring if the internet connection is not good during that time. Ask your friend to send again.:)
