Lg g4 shut down random

My g4 awsome phone 4 days ago it started shutting down randomly so unpluged it didn't work nor soft reset nor hard reset. I made sure everything that has to do with Google and the os was up to date all was so should I get it replaced

If you have done with factory reset and still having the same issue. then you should get it replaced, thats the only solution.
