Can anyone please help me stop one of the most annoying pop-ups. Here is a screenshot... Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like an Adware. Uninstall unwanted apps or apps you think is possibly making this popups

You can do that or there are apps in playstore that can stop these ads...ad blocker apps.

It is an Adware, you have something in your phone which cause this pop up. find it in you phone settings, and delete the app.
