Problem with skype settings

Need some help, folks.

I installed Skype and when I went to my contacts, I found 2 people that it says are in my address book but I don't recognize either of them by their Skype profile pictures, 'real names' or usernames.

Is there anyway to identify who they are in my Android contact list? I had considered just deleting them from Skype but if they have taken over the phone numbers of existing contacts, then I need to get those updated or removed.

Any input is appreciated.

They may be the Skype Representative, when you install the Skype for the first time, they add some people to your address book.

Can you see any images of the skype people? in your phone? If not then, there will be any name, you should block any person you dont know on skype.
