In Android Marshmallow, Google totally changed how users manage app permissions. In this feature every time user download an app , will get a permissions notice on screen . For example if you don’t want Face book to access your contacts with this new update you can choose it off. This make permissions more transparent and users will have a much clearer idea of what they're granting om each and every app. The permission manager can be found in the Apps section inside the Settings menu
