Which is better Android version for Samsung Galaxy S2 GT - I9100 ?

Hello All,

Am using Andoid 4.1.2 on my S2 currently. Is it worth upgrading to later versions like kitkat or lollypop:?
Any cool features added to these latest versions?

Please do let me know if it is worth upgrading?

P.S : I don't like phone getting lagged upon upgrade. Coz the current version 4.1.2 is working like a charm.
