Hello,
I need some help please.. I have just done a factory reset on my Samsung Galaxy SII as I could no longer access the app store, nor would my phone recognize 3G (I could only connect to wifi), and now find that my phone will not accept my username and password. I have signed in on the computer to check that they do match, which they do.
Can anybody point me in the right direction as to what I can do to fix this?
