I upgraded to 5.1.1 today, and now several of my contacts are missing. Where have they gone? How can I get them back?

Did you perform upgrading from Samsung or your carrier? It seems that we couldn't rollback. Perhaps you have to restore your contacts from a backup.

hi ,
Me to i have upgrading my device to 5.1.1 and no contact appear, just appear "contact list is being updated".
2nd : my battery life decreased from 1.5 day to 4 hours
3rd : my device temperature is being very high

i have updated my phone from setting > about device > software update

So before update, did you take backup of your note 4?? If no then you can not get contacts, because after update all your note get reset. If you have have saved it in note 4 gmail account then you can get from there. try to find in account of your note 4.
