Impulse 4G

My Impulse 4G is old but used to work. Used to drain fully charged batteries but now it won't even power up using an electrical charger.

There are 3 possibilities
1) Your charger doesn't work
2) Your battery is decayed
3) Your device doesn't work

I think your batter is decayed because your phone is old. I suggest you change your battery.
