I'm launching an App on android in the next few weeks. I want to give it a jump start by advertising it. However, my app is made especially fit with the Southest Asia market, it's a compilation of Thai, VietNam, Lao, Indonesia delicacy.

Do you guys know any good App Advertiser in SEA countries?

I have heard of Admob, Appstart, ChartBoost but it doesn't seem to work well with me.

Well everyone use Google and Facebook. So I guess you can use Admob (of Google), and Facebook App boost.
You said Admob doesn't seem to work well with you. Can you please be more specific on how "work well" is?

Well i have bad experiences with Admob in the position of an app monetizer? In which case, I'm not happy with
- The payment time, method of Google (it is slow and require a specific amount of money gained to get the money to my paypal account)
- The eCPMs (it is low)

Now at the position of an advertiser I'm still hesitated to use Admob too.

Okay. I get it. You can use Facebook App Boost. It's highly specific on target audience.

About your experience as an App monetizer. I suggest you use Adsota. It has audience all over the world but its customer database is very strong with SEA country.
- It pays every two week
- Its eCPM is very good.

You can find it by searching "Ads.Appota".

Woa, actually I have been using Adsota for monetizing for a while and it is very good. I am expecting alternatives from yours to see if there is anything better for SEa market. Guess I will stick with it ;)

Right now I can't find any network that targets SEA audience better Adsota but here is some Mobile Ad Network that focus on Asia market.
1, AdiQuity – RTB platform focusing on the Asian market and India in particular. Offers banners and text ads and a choice of CPC and CPM campaigns
2, MobGold – Hong Kong and Asia-targeted mobile ad network. Supports most mobile platforms, including Android, iOS, BlackBerry, Windows Phone and Symbian.
3, Cauly – Korean mobile ad server and ad network that’s part of the Korean Future Stream Networks. Serves the Asian and Korean market.
4, Vserv – Mobile ad network based in India that serves the entire Asian market and other emerging markets. Specialises in full-screen J2ME ads.

Maybe, Asia mobile ad network get more insights of Asian people, which help you target your audience more effectively. As far as I know, the traditions of Hong Kong is quite similar to that of VietNam. May be you can combine MobGold with Adsota?

That would be a good idea. I would certainly think about your data when I develop my next App. Somehow I have an interest for Asia market, though they don't purchase as frequently as Westerners :(

Normally people would use Facebook to boost their App because Facebook has the best information about your audience's Geo, sex, age, interest.
If you want to monetize, use Google Admob if you want a reliable source of monetization
- It's backed by Google - a prestigious corporation
- It has a huge database of users worldwide
However, it is very very strict in calculating your CPC, CPI so sometimes your account gets banned because Google thinks you are "cheating" to get click, installs. Believe me, most of time, you are not cheating but still labeled "cheater" and can't withdraw your money. Also, Google know what advantage they have over other Mobile Ad Network, so they charge more from both advertisers and app publishers, which result in low eCPM. That's why people don't love admob as they are supposed to.

If you want higher eCPM, less tight banning rules, and work well in Asia Market. I would recommend Adiquity or MobGold or Adsota.

P/s: Now I am using Adsota because it offers a wider range of advertising choices for me: there is interstitial / offerwall / Banner / Video Ads.

Cheers,

Asian. Me too! I utilize Video Ads in Adsota. That kind of ads seems to have a really impressive conversion rate.
Can you tell me more about Mob Gold? As Jose Rodriguez said above: Mob Gold is for Hong Kong market. So have you ever used it and if yes what do you think about it?
I'm thinking about developing a Ring fighting Game in the context of Hong Kong in the 1930s.

P/s: It's funny that everyone here trying to help me find a good Asian Mobile Network is not Asian.

It is not different from usual Mobile Ad Networks. But It reaches Chinese/Hong Kong/Taiwan audience very well. So if your game is tailored to cultivate the insight of Chinese people, it would be good in my opinion.

My karaoke app iSing Karaoke is also targeting Southeast Asia. But I don't have much budget for marketing! I want to try all the free ways! Any ideas?

With low budget, I would recommend Adsota advertising network for Southeast Asia. You can find it by googling "ads.appota". Facebook app boosting is ok but it is costly in my opinion.

In the end, I choose Facebook App Promotion and Adsota. Both are working well and I guess I would stop using Facebook because I'm running out of budget and I am close to my target.

Thanks for the recommendation in the first place.
