I think I have been blocked by a contact on Whatsapp. No longer see when they were last online and also previous pictures they have sent to myself are now blurry with a message stating 'Sorry, this media file doesn't exist on your SD card'. Have I been blocked??

If you can see that person profile picture then you are not blocked by that person. if you image is blurry in your app that means, you have deleted it or you have moved that picture to any other folder of your phone.
