Laude charging problem

Hi a Laude phone I purchased is having trouble charging. Basically when connected to a PC or laptop the charge is consistent but when using a power supply the charge connects and disonconnects continuously . I tried different cables and chargers but no success yet using the same cables on the PC is OK. Any ideas on how to fix the problem would be welcome. Thanks

Charge from the mains first time round to check your cables out first if that works check any icon which pop up on your laptop or computer when plugging any cables and take note of what they say ok
