have HTC ONE M7 model pn07110 with android 4.4.3,my question is what time to get android 5.0 lolipop.Please note we know anyone who has received this model and android 5.0

Where are you from? The Lollipop update for One M7 has been already hit many carriers and markets

The update rolled out to the European countries in about 5 months ago. If you haven't received the update yet, contact your acrrier

I tried and thereby to update:
From the Home screen tap All apps, tap Settings.
1. Tap System updates.
2. Tap HTC software update.
3. Tap Check now.
No update for you phone.

My phone was bought on ebay, how to get android 5.0 ??It will remain with android 4.4.3.

I'm not a fan of the Lollipop update. Yes, it's slick but has issues. The same one my daughter and I are having, same phone, Galaxy s4, is the phone turns the ringer almost all the way off by itself. We are both missing calls. Known
Issue by Verizon. But has to be a bug in update.

I have posted on Samsung forum.
