I have a contact in Holland who I know uses whatsapp as he communicates with a friend of mine that way, I have just loaded whatsapp and it works with a number of my contacts but my contact in Holland is not showing as a whatsapp user and he seems unable to see that I am now using whatsapp.
Any suggestions?

Dos you has her phone number with country code? For example at Spain is +34 por 0034.

Ya "lago X" is right just make sure you save your holland friends contact number with the country code eg +01 and make sure you have the right phone number i mean the updated phone number of your friend.....migt be your friend has another phone number that is used for Whatsapp

I never have such problem with TokensApp although the parameters seem to be similar. May be it’s easier if you just tried this one.

Use country code to save the contact number, then try.
