Samsung Galaxy S4 — Cannot load any apps from Google Play Store

Anybody help please. I have not been able to find any specific reference the this problem.
When going to the google store and installing an app everything seems to be working fine and I get the message the
app will be installed shortly but it never is. When I return to the store and locate the same app again it shows installed.
I'm lost.

Logout from app store. Refresh your browser and log in again.

If you try to install app to your phone via PC's browser, you should remember, that there must be active internet connection (3G or Wi-Fi) on your device to download app.
