Hello, hope someone can help me!
I've noticed past couple of weeks that when I am streaming through apps such as Netflix, the movies/TV shows will play for a couple of minutes then the picture will freeze, although the sound will continue. It's not limited to one app and doesn't affect YouTube
I updated to lollipop 5.0.1 about 6 weeks ago can anyone help on how to fix this?
I have tried downloading shows onto the app to watch without streaming but the problem still exists!
