Hello, Every time I swipe my screen to wake my phone Google Chrome starts. How do I stop this? My phone will go to sleep...locking the screen until you hit the power button and swipe up on the screen...then Google Chrome browser starts EVERY time. It is driving me bonkers. I have had a S3 for the last few years and never encountered this issue.

Did it just start happening? Have you downloaded a new app then it started?

I would suggest going through the settings for the lock screen and the settings on chrome.

If that fails then do a system cache clear (hold power +Volume up + home key...)

You can also put your phone into "safe mode" and see if it still happens. (if it doesn't then it's a app that's causing it).

As a last resort reset the phone.
