The other day I was using my phone and it totally froze on me. I was unable to get it to do anything so I took the battery out. I tried to turn it back on and only got the Samsung Galaxy S5 screen. I got a new phone, but do not want to send my broken one back. I have lots of photos and videos saved on it. Is there anyway that I can get my photos and videos off the crashed phone. I hope there is some way. I took it down to a cell phone store and they said it since it wont connect to a computer (computer doesn't recognize it as being plugged in) then we can't do anything. Please tell me there is away.
