The apps that I would recommend are Reflection, Picsart, and for video editing I would recommend Flipagram, Vidoozi and Splice. They are all very easy and practical to use. They have various effects which make the pictures look great! Finished results are incomparable! Hope that this has helped you!

I think Photoshop would be a nice app for editing your photos, it has many advanced features in it.
