In order to tether via USB first of all you need to connect your phone and PC with USB, then head over to settings>more>tethering & portable hotspot>tick the USB tethering option. All done !!!

It's my first time to see tethering, what's about it?
It's about sharing mobile internet connection over to the PC with the help of USB or Bluetooth ...... !!

But this process automatically run when you are installing it.. I don't think any action required manually....
