Yeah, the third party software is the best ways to recover lost contacts from Samsung galaxy. There are many program on the Google, you can find it by Google. You can also search "Mobikin". I use it to recover my android data and feel well.

In fact, simple deletion can not delete phone data .Using some recovery program can get data back easily .So as long as your samsung phone cotacts did not be overwritten ,just see [how to recover deleted contacts from samsung][1]
