Where is some accurate information for when the Motorola RAZR MAXX HD ( Verizon provider )
will be given the Lollipop 5.0 upgrade?

I don't think it will be getting Lollipop officially. CM12 (5.x) is available as well as some custom lollipop roms on XDA forums but you'd need to unlock your bootloader and root your phone to do that. The link to the forum is here but make sure you're comfortable with the processes before attempting anything.
