Launching an android app in the US when living in Africa

Hi ! I'm currently in an internship for mobile app marketing. The developers want to launch the app in the US but we live in Morocco and we don't have a local team there. Is it doable ? I'll be really grateful if you can give me some advice.
PS: the developers don't have a corporate.

I think you may have a try to distribute your apps on some world famous appstore.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.
