Can't access Google Play Store

I use an Alcatel a564c with Android 4.4,2 and cannot access Google Play Store to get some apps.
Clicking the Play icon returns a list as follows: Redeem, Settings, Help & Feedback , About Google.
It also doesn’t recognize my connection even though WiFi is present. Also using iMac desktop.
What suggestions come to mind?

That's weird. I have the same problem with my Infinix x507 Android 4.4.2. I can't download anything since I don't have the redeem code.
