Google Nexus 5 — Camera EXIF Time Stamp Problem Lollipop 5.0.1

I can't seem to get the correct time in EXIF data for any still photos. Time on the main screen is fine and everywhere else is OK.
The photo times seem to be off exactly 7 hours from my Pacific Coast Time Zone. It might be GMT time but I changed the
settings for time and date and it had no effect on the EXIF time stamp. I did set the time for auto time and then I tried manual time but neither worked. Is this a software bug in Lollipop? or is there somewhere else I can set this EXIF time stamp to work properly? Maybe I have some conflicting setting that interferes with my time/date setting.

Any thoughts or fixes....

NOTE: I just noticed that this post was also posted 7 hours later than my current time but this is on my computer not my Nexus. WHOA!

I have the same issue same phone and android version.I have spoken to t mobile google,lg and useless.I tried turning on GPS problem still exists.Not sure if app or 5.0.1 is issue but no fix that I cold find or think of.
