Just got and installed Lollipop ( 5.0 ) on Samsung Note 3 ( T Mobile carrier) and for some reason the S-Pen does not take a screen shot when button pressed on pen and tip touches screen.. Any advice ? Thanks

Well, that may be happening because of the bugs present over the 5.0 Lollipop 
I have been hearing about the same but anyway I would say what you can try doing wait for the bug fix version to arrive for your device !!!

Jusr updated my Galaxy Note 3 yesterday, and the S Pen no longer works properly either. The Air gestures have changed and it will also only show up when you first detach the pen... Thereafter the pens button no longer
works.
