Well, that clearly means that you device is having problem in connecting with web make sure that your device have an active Wi-FI/ Mobile data connection. Sometimes restarting the device also helps in getting out from the problem like this one, so you can try doing that !! :)

no,this is not problem,my phone no got a any problem for wifi or mobile network

Okay @Luka then try heading over to the settings>application manager>Swipe left to all> Look out for Google PlayStore, Google PlayServices tap over it and clear the cache and the data stored by the PlayStore as well as PlayServices respectively. Once done then again try opening the PlayStore and see if things started working back normally ! :)

Try resetting your phone. Probably will have to be hard reset.
