hi, please can you help me, i have a galaxy ace 4 SM-G357FZ and i urgently need to change the mac address but i don't know how to do this and need advice, please can someone help, thank you. HOW DO I CHANGE MAC ADDRESS?

Hey,

You need to root your phone, the mac address is located in the system files.

thank you for your reply, how do i root my phone iv tried to use i think root.com but they where unable to do it for me. can you suggest where i can get the best possible help to root my phone, or have an agency or someone do this for me?

If you look on the forum here there's a few posts detailing how to root.

You will need to follow the instructions and download the required files to your pc and connect your phone to the pc.

please could you provide me with a new link as the one you gave me has expired, ive just had my phone rooted as i was informed that this is what i needed to do in order to change mac address
