having trouble with my samsung galaxy Tab 10.1 Loop

I wouldn't even call it a loop..
I'm not sure what the prob is but i will try and explain and maybe someone knows.
Iv had this prob for a while and try everything i can.
The tablet told me to update its software as it does. when i reboot my tablet it comes up with the message.

unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gepps has stopped The message would come up every 2 sec,
I'm looked online and it told me to do a system reboot.
Not only does the message still come up but now my tablet wont go past the set up,
It wont go any were past google and location,

Any help would be grateful!!
