HOW TO UPDATE GOOGLE PLAYSTORE TO 5.0.31 MANUALLY?

Guyz as u saw the title, same is the prob.

Actually my SAMSUNG GALAXY CORE GT - I8262, ANDROID 4.1.2 (JELLYBEAN) is not getting the playstore 5.0.31 update, I checked it some days ago,it said "updates would be downloaded and installed"
and today it say "google play store is up to date"...its really 'wat d hell' situation >.< ..so tell me wat to do or how to install google play store manually. ..

Well @RBK what you can do is get the .apk file of Google PlayStore and install it over your device. Before that make sure that you have ticked Unknown Sources over the Settings>Security>Under Device Administrator>Tick Unknown Sources all done. :)
