Samsung Galaxy S3 — Can't Update to Kitkat

Why can't i update my phone into kitkat version?? already tried but it says that my phone is already up to date but the version is 4.3... I really need your help guys! :'( hoping to get a response soon!

Well @Cire, if your device shows that it's already up to date means your vendor haven't pushed the updates for your device :( and that's the reason why you can't update it to KitKat by the way can we know which device you are trying to update :?

  • To John.. My girlfriend had the same issue with her Sony Ericsson.. It just not possible to update an old device to the newest operating system.. Logically.. The resource fot the mobile phone or tablet is not enough for the newest Android Update... And as John said, less likely you will be able to update your device..
