Streaming with a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7" 8GB WiFi

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7" 8GB WiFi and would like to stream the link on "RTS uzivo" (it was not possible to post the link) but the surfboard wants to use google sms and that is not working very good.
The streaming link on the site is mms://rts.videostreaming.rs/rts
How do I choose witch program to use for opening the link mms://rts.videostreaming.rs/rts ?
