Looking for a keyboard on a tablet => PC

Hi there, I'm new on AndroidPit, but well, i'm searching something that I wanted a lot.
I'm looking for an apk (i think) that can make my tablet a keyboard.

I know there are An2An Keyboard, Mobile Mouse Pro, but they are in Wifi and there is really too much latency (in fact, I want to play rythmics games on my PC while tapping on my tablet)

Well, there is something like that can work with USB, or I need to use theses apks with a bluetooth dongle to have less latency as possible ?..
