Looking for DataGrid type library for Android

Hi all, I'm developing an application and i need a component similar to the .NET DataGrid component. When I try searching with Google I'm finding only tutorials to create something similar with an ListView. Do you guys know if something like this exists (if there is a free version would be even better).

We have a native Android DataGrid component : androidjetpack dot com
This might fit your needs very well
