Samsung Galaxy S4 — Samsung S4 was stolen, but then returned

but its not the same phone anymore. Its hot... battery, and the battery consumes enormous battery power (I need to charge it twice a day). What happened to it? Can I do anything to it to make it function better, and consume less battery power?

Aww... it looks like somebody has really messes up with your device ! I would say why don't you try walking towards the support centre to see what's wrong with your device. Maybe you should try performing a factory reset and see if that fixes some of your problems ? :(

Best is, for security also, you make a factory reset.

To do a factory reset:

Backup all data (checkbox)
And then do the factory reset button?

Everything that is installed on my phone (apps) - I only have one or two, will be recovered? Including all contact information?
