Sony Xperia Z2 — Transfer Video to SD

Hi all I have just got a 64gb sd card for my Z2 when i transferred some tv programs and film and music to the SD card for the first time all was ok and they played fine. But when I went to transfer some different video the next day it transfers but when I try and play with the MX player or VLC player it will not play if I delete the sd card and then add the video content it plays ok. I don't want to have to do this every time as it is a long winded process. I am using Sony bridge software. and I have also tried android file transfer can anyone help me out with this matter please?

Hey Wayne,

What do you mean if you delete the SD Card the video plays okay?

Also, does this mean the same thing is happening no matter what software/app you use to complete the transfer?
