Locked into Vocal system

My android is stuck into 'talks back for everything'. It reads off everything on my headings, will not let me answer incoming calls. I have to double tap every letter and it voices that Almost like the narrator model in Windows, a raspy computer voice. Att trouble shooting couldn't fix it. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?:? Haha sounds very annoying Brian,

Go to Applications > Settings > Accessibility.

Touch "TalkBack" and touch the slider at the top of the screen to turn the feature on or off. When the feature is on, the slider will be green.
