Congratulations my Canadian friends - TV shows are now available on the Canadian App Store 
You can download individual episodes or entire seasons of your favorite shows directly to your android device. (Full seasons usually come with the added extras found on DVDs and Blu-rays also.)
Like all digital media streaming and downloading, it is subject to international publishing rights, meaning you are unlikely to find EVERYTHING available in the US or the UK.
Still, good news though. And rumor has it that Dr Who is on sale woo hoo!
