Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 — Note 10.1 2014 edition app edit

I am trying to edit positions on my home page however when I long press an app and try to move it it goes back to its original position(note 10.1 2014 edition jellybean 4.3). An info box appears saying tap edit,where is this .

Any help is very welcome.

Well what you can do is go to the menu and tap in the button at the top right corner select the option edit and then you can edit your app position in the menu. (*) See this is quite simple holding the application will take it to the home screen rather than editing on the menu.
